Former FOX94.9 PD Warren Williams Dies In LA
Warren Williams, program director of the original WOXF-FM (Fox 94.9) classic hits station owned by Hoker Broadcasting in the late 1980s and early 1990s, died in Los Angeles Sunday. Hoker sold the call letters, format and intellectual property to Jacor in 1995, which transferred the format to the current 92.5 (replacing WPPT-FM, The Point).
