Fox 64 Beaumont has a new website. www.myfoxbeaumont.com. They actually did a good job on it.

I thought low power stations didn't fall under the "must carry" rules??IIRC, they put 64 on the air because its licensed to Beaumont and thus falls under "Must Carry" rules so Time Warner HAD to carry it....29 is licensed to Lake Charles and is not a "must carry" signal for the BPT area.

They don't -- LPTVs are not eligible for the "must carry" protections available to regular stations. Apparently, KVHP had done some enticing with the cable systems to switch to KUIL.

That's what I thought. KCAB-LP 28 Casa Grande AZ claims that it invoked must-carry back when it was still K47FW. I think that was in 1999, when the station began broadcasting.
