This has been a formality since the sale. And there have been a number of affiliate promos. But they made the official announcement. WJZY will become the new Charlotte Fox affiliate July 1 at 4 am. WCCB will switch to the CW on that date.
WCCB will keep their news department while the WBTV news at 10 on WMYT will move to WJZY July 1 and remain there til WJZY starts their own 10:00 news.
The sale was approved by the FCC in March and consummated in April. Fox has run WJZY as a CW station since then. WCCB announced it was switching to the CW the day after it was consummated.

XETV San Diego and WTVW Evansville are the only ones I can think of and they both used to be Fox affiliates.
