On "Good Company" today on channel 3, Cleveland morning TV staple Fred Griffith announced his retirement from TV.
Many of Fred's former "Morning Exchange"/"Afternnon Exchange" co-horst such as Lee Jordan, Mark Johnson, and Wilma Smith wished Fred well (either in person or via taped message), and there was cake and bubbly had by all.
Between the MX debut in 1972, and being on WKYC in one shape or form since 2000, Griffith has been on Cleveland morning TV for 40 years, and in the TV business in general for 50.
