Time Warner still carries Soapnet, or at least it does in the Albany, NY area.
FXX is still in the 600s with all the other sports channels. FS1 and FS2 just happen to be next to each other (665 and 667), but I think that's just a coincidence. Normally I'd say I doubt TW will move FXX to a channel number that makes sense; the local NBC affiliate used to have a weather subchannel that was slotted in the 500s with the other news and weather stations, and when they flipped it to MeTV it stayed put. However, we received a notice a few weeks ago saying that Time Warner was planning a full-scale reshuffling of the lineup. This was before the FS1/FS2/FXX launches and the proposed lineup failed to take those into account, but if they do change all the channels around, I'm sure FXX would be moved next to FX where it belongs.
