Depends which one you're referring to. The one that did weddings in the 70's or the one that started in 1981 and is still doing them. I would be the latter, and I find that what's really effective is a parking lot of Volvos to keep the 80's yuppies that are still single away from the bride.

A quick 'Tiger Joe' story from the LEV days: Joe used to sneak out the back door for a few hits off his pipe during longer songs. One day he came back in and was standing in the hallway when I noticed smoke coming from his pocket. He left some hot ashes in the bowl and smoke started coming out of his pants pocket. It drifted right up in front of him and he continued talking, either not noticing it or ignoring it. I didn't bring it up and either did he. Who knows how many burn marks were on his pants! Another time I ran into the studio after hearing dead air for about forty-five seconds only to get the standard Tiger Joe response, "It wasn't dead air. I was just resting the needles!".

oh no...here we go....a string of stories..........there has to be more .....like...anybody got some old gene kaye stories from the old waeb days.......he was quite a character as i recall...............
