Good. Because these days, even Rush admits he is not really a conservative ... he is a Republican.

In these days of outrageous deficits, conservative and Republican is an oxymoron.
 
a few things...david gold is now the #1 fill-in host for the abc o & o talk stations and shomper has decided to use him as mcnamara's primary back-up with occasional stints on mark davis' show...

if wbap ever decides to make a change 6-9pm, my un-informed guess is they would put a syndicated show there...

i'm pretty sure rush wasn't ever on 1190...bennett slotted him on klif as filler on saturdays & sundays 3-5pm and wouldn't pick him up for mid-days when he got hot because rush insisted the show be carried live 11am-2pm central...

when wbap decided they wanted him, rush agreed to be delayed an hour to get on the "50,000 watt blow-torch" in dallas...

personally, the only talk shows i listen to in the car are hitges, the fish (while i can) and russ martin...

partisan political talk radio has become a crashing bore..."dancing with the stars" is more fun to watch than hannity & colmes...
