Why is this song so liked??

Seems like every odd song goes to #1, Do people listen to cra** on the Radio

Adele, Fun, Train, OneRepublic & Gotye...things have changed for the better in 2011 and 2012.

Actually OneRepublic and Train have been around and had their biggest hits before 2011.

I don't know about the rest of you but I'm sick of Adele (and equally as sick of Rihanna, how many songs can she put out?). Her songs are played to death everywhere then stick around forever. I'm not getting the draw with her at all, but some people just seem incredibly struck by her music and singing and want to hear more. :-\

CHR's need to stop playing remixes of every frickin Hot AC leaning song. You don't give your listeners credit!! I've heard crappy remixes of Adele, Jason Mraz, Gotye, Taylor Swift, etc. Stop adding beats and rappers into songs that weren't intended to have them. In many cases you're stripping out the meaning and emotion all together. Pisses me off! And stop making country songs sound less country and more pop. Taylor Swift shouldn't sound like Katy Perry.

I've heard crappy remixes of Adele, Jason Mraz, Gotye, Taylor Swift, etc. Stop adding beats and rappers into songs that weren't intended to have them. I agree with the random rappers...in most cases i don't think it is needed...Did BOB really need to be on "Good Life".

On a positive note...it appears this trend is comming to an end. I believe rappers need vocalists more then vice versa these days to get a hit. It appears it is growing increaseingly tougher for a song to score big with a featured rapper. Just look at th recent performaces by Rihanna and Jay Z as well a J-LO and Pitbull. I think more artists will realize this...even Usher has a pop hit without a rapper.

Agreed...I think the song would have done just as well without Wiz...Especially considering Maroon 5 are hot right now(the voice/moves like Jagger) I don't think they need these tricks at the moment.
