GREEN ACRES COMING TO ME-TV

Based on what I saw yesterday, Kojak will be taken off the schedule next week. Darn.

Why can't they get Mod Squad, It Takes a Thief, or Miami Vice?
 
They played the theme from PJ on CBS radio's obit of Cady yesterday at approx 5:20p ET (I heard it on WCBS). Who was the male singer on that theme?

It Takes a Thief is on Antenna TV on weekends and Miami Vice is on Centric during the week.
 
Tom Lester and Mary Grace Canfield are the two remaining cast member of Green Acres. Arnold Ziffel disappeared mysteriously years ago after the 90s reunion movie!
 
Did I hear right that Tom Lester became a preacher and married for the
first time (allegedly as a virgin) at age 68?

He is definitely a born-again Christian. Whether or not a preacher, I am not sure. He did have a website, www.gollymisterdouglas.com , but I have not checked on it lately.

I appreciate the information. Checked out the stations and it appears I can't get Antenna TV in the Cincinnati area.

Actually, I have on tape/DVD somewhere, a Green Acres reunion talk show (hosted my Marc Summers on Nickelodeon, done around 1990) where Arnold "couldn't make it", and they showed a can of ham, sitting on a comfy cushion.

I was kinda surprised that Eddie Albert, who was on that show, let that go---I believe that he was as big on animal rights as Bob Barker is.

Well, by 1990, all of the pigs who played Arnold had died, anyway...so only a Hooterville-ite would think that they had just 'canned' him prior to that speial!
