Gulf Coast Radio Thoughts

It's been too long a day for me to light up the propagation program, but that move also might have had something to do with the reduction on the number of co-owned FMs that can overlap city-grade contours.
 
Yes, I forgot that 104.9 had moved in from Mobile... and 104.5 upgraded in NOLA... those wouldn't have been problems back in the day. Maybe SL-100 could move to the coast? LOL

Nope. Not since KLRZ/LaRose, LA upgraded to a C1. This caused SL to be downgraded to a C0, so I'm guessing they're at bare minimum separation as it stands now.

There just isn't a whole lotta FM real estate on the Mississippi Coast. New Orleans on one side and Mobile-Pensacola on the other takes up most of the channels.
