While the format is executed using a digital storage system, there are producers in there at apparently all hours, and they react to everything from the unexpected rainstorm to MJ.

What there are not is annoying jocks. What there is consists of good music with very fun, sometimes funny, and often topical listener drops and content. In a sense, it makes you think that jocks are sooooooo 60's.

Good point....that's the feeling that I get too. They do seem to brand themselves as a whole new radio experience with their attitude and swagger.
