Ok. The important points are still lost on you because you're not listening to what I'm saying but rather focusing on the over-the-top stuff he writes in his filings. May I suggest to you not to focus on IBOC exciters causing the death of people or any other clearly over-the-top statement he makes but rather focus on the parts of his filings that actually make sense and sound sane?

The FCC isn't going to read his comments and say, this should be discounted but that part is important. He did mention his personal financial losses because of IBOC acceptance. The whole industry conspiracy issue to blacklist his products is rediculous. I did see a powerside and a Symmetra-peak on the shelve at the WMCA transmitter site. They must be part of the conspiracy also. Of course they don't run IBOC either. I believe he failed to mention that both of these technologies don't always work as well as the manufacturer claims.
