Mucho speculation. There are so many contradicting thing the lil' Ticket is throwing down:

1. They use Greggo's drops now more than ever, but refuse to speak his name.
2. If he is gone, then be gone. Quit teasing the listener, because if the buyout is the only option, I guarantee that the drops are there for a false sense of hope until the next book.
3. And, if that buyout is true, I think KESN and KLLI need to check out our lovely musings in the recent past. There's a winner in there.

Bad radio has more talent? Where would that be? Bob is great... But it ends there, Dan is a sports idiot, and the next time Donavan says something funny it will be the first time. (BTW, Donavan on Cowboys post? Give me a break!)

Its DONOVAN Lewis....sir....

He is a breath of fresh air to me. Much better than Curt Menefee.

Actually Bob is probably the least talented of the bunch on Bad Radio. His talent is his sports knowledge. It does not extend much beyond that. The production value of the show and the bits come a lot from Dan. Donovan is a good third man.

Their collective focus on the Cowboys and Mavericks when they are running well are good. There regular bits are better. I won't say Donovan is a better third man, but the Hardline is lacking right now. Rhyner is pretty limited. Corby is exposed by over use right now.

As a collective group right now, BAD radio is much more talented then the current incarnation of the hardline. It is not even close. And like I said, it was not that Greggo was so great. It is the fact that he helped up the sum of the parts. One of the things that works with these shows is having more people to spread it around so stuff does not get beaten into the ground. Adding Donovan allows for more stuff to be mixed in which means less overuse of Bob and Dan bits. The loss of Greggo means less Greggo, and more over-exposure for Rhyner and Corby.

Heck Tom Gribble brings more to his show than Danny Bayless does to the Hardline. Bayless is a waste. He is a one trick pony for the most part and he is not a good producer to boot.
