I think you're taking the naivete' of the Ms. Gill (and the radio audience) way too lightly.

You're a radio professional, but members of your listening audience aren't. What do they know about the inner/outer workings of radio promotions and contests? How are they to just magically discern what is or isn't a practical joke unless they're in on the joke themselves? Never mind that radio has done the "call in and win" thing to death.

Norreasha Gill might be gullible, but WLTO may in fact be liable for deceitful business practices. I'm not in radio but I think I'd know better than to pull some B.S. like this. <P ID="signature">______________

What's the latest? Haven't seen Slick anywhere in the market so I assume he's out of Kentucky, if not out of the industry entirely.

Any word on a possible settlement?
