HEY SAY NO, A QUESTION FOR YOU

I don't know I speak from first hand experience having belonged to a broadcast union for nearly 30 years. The point I am making is that while I have seen management and non union employees come and go, my union brothers (& sisters) have remained. Yes unions all over the country are weaker for a number of reasons, but in the shop I work, the writers, the producers, engineers and air staff are all union. Management has always tried to do away with unions. It's the way of the world I guess.
