This might be a good time to complain how the LP1 EAS station in Dallas, uses different header codes for weather alerts that are first issued by NOAA, which results in the double-airing of the same weather alert on the participating station’s part.

If you have a Sage EAS box, you can easily keep that from happening by how you set up the incoming filters for "Originator". I believe TFT also offers this feature in their latest firmware upgrade.

The LP1 is probably dumping the original NWS alerts and sending their own re-voiced alerts, because they are unhappy with the "Perfect Paul" robot voice coming from NWS. It certainly does result in extra clutter on the airwaves with duplicate alerts and unnecessary program interruptions.
 
I have one of these little Hollyanne monsters in my garage. While I've never fired it up to find out if it actually works, it supposedly was functional when it left the station. I assume the wall wart that came with it is the original power supply. This came to me direct, not by way of ebay, so I assume it's the real item.

Try 9VDC, 500MA, Center Pin Positive.
