Bad move, WGN. Demos don't matter when there's a breaking news story. EVERYONE wants to know what is happening. And Larry Schreiner knows EVERYONE who is ANYONE in Chicago. You WANT to have someone like that on your news staff. Larry was so dedicated to his job, he'd leave his scanner on all night. When certain tons were issued, he'd wake up, listen to the bulletin, and then get out there. I'd call him "death and destruction Schreiner", because whenever mayhem broke out, he was there. Cool under pressure and could work anything. WBBM, PLEASE
pick him up!!! And yeah, after 9 PM, I wouldn't bother to listen to the other stations for news, because Larry would always scoop 'em.
