Can't say as I have a vested interest in it one way or the other, but I have taken a liking to Vinnie, and to a lesser extent the morning show, though for my money I would have went with Burton over Alexander in that slot. At times it seems like the text messages, while a nice technological feature to have access to, end up being more of a crutch to fall back on then really adding anything to most of the shows content. If they are funny or poignant then by all means share, but don't read them just because someone sent you one. If I want non stop reading I can always look up Book TV on cable.
Weekends seem a little to hodge podgish for me also. I realize they are a work in progress, and surely pre and post game shows of the Panthers and Steelers will be occupying a significant portion of that time in the future, but I wouldn't mind them going for more niche programming in the other available times on Saturday and Sunday, maybe a golf show for an hour or two, a fantasy sports show, a racing show, etc. Just something that you know at a certain time you could tune in and have an idea of what to expect rather than what has been happening which sounds like any old warm body that can sit behind the mike and is available will do.
