Hot 95-7's playlist

So are the kids both stations are targetting... ;D

Call 18-34 Female's kids all you want... but they've got a hell of a spending power. *cough* starbucks *cough*

I think KRBE is aiming to be more than 18-34, at least, according to the Jan. PPM. I believe they ranked in the top 5 with adults 18-49 and 25-49. I'm pretty sure their AM show is highly ranked in those demos as well.

No offense but the new format on 95.7 sounds like KRBE, which is very ghetto these days.

I think they sound better than KRBE...except for one thing. I know that they are basically playing the top 20 on repeat right now...but it literally seems like every time I flip to 95.7, Rihanna - Please Don't Stop The Music is on....they seem very heavy on that song, but maybe I just have bad timing lol.

That many? From my sampling it seems like only the top ten! ;D

Not bad timing, bacause I have gotten the same impression about that very song. Seems they play it every 15 minutes. :D

One other thing: Why does everything on Hot sound like a really compressed MP3 file? Perhaps its just the way the music is produced for those target demographics these days...or are they really trying to mimic the sound quality of iPods? ???
