I think what we may be forgetting in all of this is that everything is for sale if the price is right. It may be hard to meet CBS's price for the Houston stations, though. Time will tell. For several years now, a lot of us have questioned how much CBS really wants to remain in radio. It's hard to say if we're seeing the beginning of the company's exit from the medium or if we're seeing a renewed interest in larger markets, like Houston, where they're under the cap and able to bulk up.
