Yes they said KOVE HD2, unless they have a strong accent and said KOBE HD2, but I doubt it.
i just heard it and i also recorded it, it clearly says KOVE HD2 106.5.... welp going to need to report it

you would think the engineer at univison would already know that UNIVISION has a signed contract for multiple HD'S that will be used by Latino Broadcasting.
