lmao! this is too good to pass up....
so nikki...who was saying the concert was cancelled????
also just a question.....
was it a kiddie show? i heard it was a lot of young kids....
congrats on the success of the show...not often you can get 6 track acts to show up in san antonio!
RadioDoucheBag said:nikki u are a [EDIT]. quit taking what i'm saying and twisting it all around.
i said it was a thug fest which it was. the show had nothing artistic about it but the crowd enjoyed it and nothing matters beyond that. the beat did a nice job. the staff did well. they did everything great stations do. they were prepared and it was professional. but it was a thug fest. there were as many cops at the show as there were people.
and yes i'm a rookie. maybe you can teach me everything i need to know. what exactly are u doing in radio these days?
[EDIT-namecalling]
nikki_961 said:listeners were saying that other stations were announcing on air that the show was cancelled. it was not a kiddie show...it was an "all ages show". we had already brought chamillionaire to an 19 and up crowd, play n skillz and natalie and yung joc to 18 and up crowds, it was time to cater to the entire city. 12,000 people (not all kids) made the concert a success. and im not trying to "fight" with ******bag, i just don't like when people make comments and hide behind screen names.

im not going to join the nikki bashing.....nikki has paid some her dues..
(on a side note all your stations that youve done things at have flipped and no longer exist, now ur a programming asst/community service/certified sidekick...hmmmm)
...but u have to admit - majority of those who attended the concert were thugs and kids...
second, as for the beat doing shows..hmmm..let me see
chamillionare show was not packed and it was very ghetto(thug)

play n skills, natalie at noche was a horrible show and you know that was ghetto....check out nochecaliente.net or sanightlife.com for pics
:'( :'( :'(
seems to me that klub kristal payed for the young joc show and the beat was paid to promote it through sales...

congrats on the beat bash....but lets not twist the facts....this is the first show the beat has successfully had. they did this by tapping into the lifestyle of their listeners. kids and thugs. many would frown on this but i say to hell with it and make that money!!!

MUST COME DOWN !!!!!!!!!!!
Umm, The Beat has been #1 for the last 3+ years. So to think that the Beat will fall in coming months is almost a joke. Keep in mind, the Rhythmic format is usually the top format during the summer month.TheTruth210- WHAT WILL THE BEAT 12+ RATING FALL TO IN THE NEXT BOOK? PREDICTIONS ANYONE?
LETS SEE MY GUESS IN A 6.3
