Yes, his ads are very annoying. However, with that said....
We just bought a car from him, and it was the best car buying experience I've had in years. There was no pressure, and the dealership bent over backwards to accomodate us. We had gone to another dealer (Dorschel) and they were not able to get the care financed because of the amount we owed on the old car. Of course, when they weren't able to get us financed, they tried to sit on our refund of the down payment as long as possible. Fucillo not only got us financed with a better deal, on a MUCH better car, they bent over backwards to accomodate us until we could get the refund from the other place.
Again, not defending the ads, but I am very happy with the dealership itself.
Funny thing about Dorschel, we had just leased a car through them 4 months ago. Not very customer oriented, and certainly do not care about repeat business. You would think that a dealership would be happy to have people buy 2 new cars from them. Just goes to show you, ads don't make the dealership.
