I think I know why Radio's dying

In West Milford I never get any NYC station in static they come in crystal clear in stereo. I don't understand why HD won't come in clear

I don't think that is the case. It would be a conclusion you can draw as a result of the line of sight characteristic, though. Over and above that, I don't think that the 600 watts in Digital is equivalent to the 6kw of a typical Empire analogue signal as evidenced by WQXR's 600 watt signal travels much farther than the digitals from Empire even though I don't think any of them are running 600 watts in digital.

We have digitals running the 10%, they do not have hear the travel of the analogues of an equivalent power, as you suggest.
