IHeart 90s

Just want to know what you think of IHearts 90s.Been listening on and off over past few days it sounds tight and slick. What's you thoughts guys?

I think it's a great mix, especially for a decade that saw splintered formats and lots of different niche stuff compared with the 80s.

I'm not sure the lack of personality is a problem. The jingles and music mix are enough for me

When I listened to NRJ 90s (now Energy 90s) from Switzerland, the mix is very wide, as far as genre is concerned. You can hear Michael Bolton next to the Notorious B.I.G., Ace of Base next to Nirvana, Michael Jackson next to Guns N' Roses, and so on. It really is a diverse decade as far as mainstream music is concerned. Though it helps NRJ 90s that European radio tastes are not as splintered as those of the US.

I like what they doing recently with inserts from a year say 1996 clips of audio from movie or news back in the day. Heard great tag line livin Vida logo with an iheart sting . Very clever add colour to station .

That a fair comment I’m in Ireland I hear what you are saying . Think playlist for 90s is tight if it 300 songs it’s a lot by what you are saying energy is double that. Diverse is good tho.

I also have heard lots of stuff that never gets played on 90s Backtrax USA with Kid Kelly. And recently the station is even advertising they have added new titles.
