Imus in the Morning

Hard to think of Rush being washed up when he just guest starred an episode of Family Guy. Seth McFarlane didn't bring him on because he agrees with Rush's politics (he doesn't)

Has he stopped talking about his prostate yet?

No, plus he also hasn't stopped complaining about all the ailments he has; like a cold, or sore throat. One show he spent three hours complaining about an eye lash stuck in his eye.

If this is what is considered entertainment, I rather watch SpongeBob Squarepants.

Getting back to Imus, I wonder how much longer he's going to continue with his show? After all the guy is going on 71 years old.
Wrongo! He's seventy.

70 is the age you are when you are "going on" 71.

Try being a board-op for his show; the worst job I ever had in radio.

Well don't leave us in the lurch. I can guess what it is like, but since you have first-hand experience please share it with us.

Speaking of Imus, I've noticed that he's ditched the "Hoot Gibson" cowboy hat is now wearing suits.
Did the FOX Business Network "suggest" that Imus actually dress up when he comes to work?

Just plain boring---Plus Imus never sticks to any kind of break schedule so he could go for 20 seconds or half an hour. Try fitting in a bathroom break with that!

Someone should tell the "I-MAN" that the FOX Business Network has his microphone open during the :55 break (while the radio stations his show is on are playing commercials or preparing to go to news.)

It's then that people can hear the "old" Imus complaining about this or that. It must be nice to be so rich that a conversation centers about how his family had to wait five minutes extra for their personal jet to fly them to their ranch in New Mexico. Or that he has a cold and wants to go home to his luxury apartment in Manhattan or his mansion in Conn.
