Shame on me, how could I forget my ole buddy bad Bill Remicka. This guy has the tenacity and steadfastness of a NASCAR driver. Talk about never giving up. Very admirable, a real nice guy and I hope it's working out for him.
Metro is the place where the wanna be's go. You know your radio career isn’t working out when you find yourself stuck at Metro for any length of time. I worked there for five years and it was the easiest paycheck I ever got in my life. Only in America. LOL They do have Johnny Crystal "one of the men at WERK" in Muncie, when Paul Mendanhall was the PD. Do any of you remember 990 WERK in Muncie? He also spent many years at WENS. In addition, radios Don Carson is working there. He spent many years too at WENS. These guys were doing radio since Marconi walked the earth. Of course, I don’t remember any of this, I only read about it. (-;
