Hence the amount of CHR'S in Dothan. If it was a cash cow like you think, Then we would have 2 or 3 or 4, Ie country

But corporations want now!! because they dont tell the investors what the real deal is, And I make no reference to anyone on that. Private owners know as in any biz plan it takes Five years to see a proffit and thats a FACT ( If you invested ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS into AOL in 1995 in 1996 you would have made $1,000 dollars, but Five years later in 2000 you would have made 1 millon dollars) Even in radio formates just look, WTVY they just didnt wake up and had instant $$$$, ask amy what her strugles have been. I have been in alot of states with radio the ones that are making money serious money are the ones that have been consitant for about??????? or as you say hmmmm.... Five years! Now for the Hot AC, Read between the lines when i said about H.AC, if you really take a look at any of the stations in our market you will see we have alot of them, you can figure that out for your self (think of it like home work) and yes Hot AC is slow, when you compair it with other formats like CHR, Rock, POP/ALT ( POP/ALT that has taken off accross the country..FACT) even Rock can be Hot AC and its slower than ACTIVE ROCK, it has no attitude (no balls if you will) I will use another person version of what i think..over saturation to be brief, On your bleeding comment, I dont know what WOOF bills but I do know the the R.P and others are hurting, Also so its not just one company screwing things up. I think the "Old KMX" (for that format) was fine and dont kid your self "the old KMX didnt make that much just ask doc and thats if he will tell you. I think todays KMX is fine(for that format) I think POP/ALT is fine(for that format) none of them are bad, But you cant keep chasing looking for the money if it's not there in any format.(Not even country is making millions)
And I understand for keeping it fun, really I do! But remember unless you are willing to give up your name, Dont call people out! Or think you are naming the right person,Thats why I will not try and name you, But you seem worried I might be on to somthing.
So please try not to make a point and come unarmed because you really dont know what knowlage i will bring. Every thing you wrote looks good on paper but hold no water. This isn't my first turkey shoot. We WE We, I know I say that alot it's Neutral. It pulls the blame to me and not at you by saying "YOU or Them" try it, It really works.
