Indianapolis Spring Book released

Arbitron made the decision to "embargo" this market, so the stations that do not subscribe (and Continental does, although hasn't paid a bill in months, or so I hear) will no longer have access to the information.
When PPM is launched in this market, 2010, I would expect more stations not to renew their Arbitron contracts.
 
Regional mexican apparently is using the Arbitron numbers without paying for them, or so it is reported.
