Is Howie OK?

He is back. Howie said he felt a bit sick at start of show yesterday, took a pill which made him feel even worse, so he went home sick

Well, that's what he's saying but it sure sounded like a stroke to me...

Get well soon Howie.

I am with you. He sure does sound like the old Howie today but there are "transient ischemic attacks" otherwise knows as "mini stroke" (https://health.google.com/health/ref/Transient+ischemic+attack) where you have stroke symptoms and then are fine soon after. It is an indication of trouble brewing. Hopefully he got some medical attention to check him out to make sure all was fine.

He came on the air and claimed to have had trouble with a prescription medication. I missed Monday's fun, and annoyingly RKO only has Friday and today in their audio archive.

He said it was pill related but perhaps the mini-stroke could still be a possibility. WRKO and some
other stations run PSAs about things such as mini-strokes as you say

Was it a "red pill" or a "blue pill"? ::)

Howie doesn't allow himself to be selected in his death pool. He himself would say that if mean spirited types want to take shots at his ailments then go right ahead, he can take it. It just exposes the hypocrites who complain when Howie does it.

Front page Herald today, - Howie and "Submit" both had liposuction. One of the few pix I have ever seen of H's wife, btw. Bet the Demerol made him a bit "loopy".

it's bad enough we'll have to hear that Dr's name for the next year every time someone mentions Lipo and Howie has to read the graft liner, but now he managed to get the Herald to run a puff piece info-column plugging the Doctor even more, and I bet the Doc didn't buy 1 column inch of ad space either.

Well maybe people are jealous because they didn't get it for free. As for anyone pleasantly plump,
whether or not we try to lose the weight, just say there's more of us to love...
