WHNZ makes a lot of money doing what they're doing. A friend of a friend is an AE there and when they also had the Rays games he described 1250 as "printing money". And sometimes in these big clusters the objective at the bottom of the pack is not so much sheer dollars but high profit margin.

Think 620 in Pittsburgh.....
 
Looks like WDUV finally did away with the one instrumental per hour. I was looking at their playlist today and I don't see their usual non-vocal selection at the bottom of the hour anymore.
