I hope I'm wrong, but I believe XM has abandoned the "IT" feature, I believe it's been over a year since they last did "IT" and for a while, they were programing "IT" twice a year.
It is very interesting to hear the history of Pop Music going back to 1930 through present, going through all the decade channels.

Then, we should should start hearing the promos for IT shortly.livingfruitvirus said:drt said:Charles1 said:Are there plans for XM to run "IT: The Encyclopedia of Pop Music" this fall? I've subscribed to XM for 3+ years now, and it's one of their best features.
IT is an annual event. Not bi-annual. We're just about at a year.
thanks for the bad news, RadioStarOne!RadioStarOne said:I just heard from one that would know and "IT" is a no go for this year. It seems that the paper merger is complete but the actual merger is just beginning. Lots of folks at the decades channels are sitting on pins and needles, or should that be "Needles and Pins" Sorry couldn't help myself..lol...

I will be at the ready to cancel if they touch any of the decades channels. It won't be worth having...I've heard Sirius's decades channels and they sound like terrestrial radio with limited playlists...
