I'd be surprised if "The Core" is that out of date. But much of the "advice" is ridiculous.
In one of the minutes we're told to do one-minute exercises throughout the day such as stretches and squats, but this bubbly air-head notes that it's difficult to do in high heals. Thanks! High heals are great for "the body," aren't they sweetie-pie.
In another, she suggests practicing "The Inverted Snooze," where instead of hitting the snooze bar you get up immediately and spend, "a few extra minutes in the shower," for example. Uh-oh! Not very Green, my dear. ;-)
