It's just a matter of time...

Cumulus' The Core Health Minute

An example is Cumulus' "The Core ... everything good for your mind, body and soul," voiced by a smiley, giggley young woman.

Does anyone know who the woman is that voices The Core health minute? I'm asking because I'm currently listening to Loveline with Dr. Drew: the final episode on KROQ as I'm typing up this post. They have sex expert Dr. Emily Morse on who is from SexWithEmily.com, and her voice sounds similar to the woman that voices The Core health minute. Is it Dr. Morse? I have done various Google searches concerning The Core health minute, and I can't seem to find anything. Dr. Morse's Wikipedia page doesn't even mention whether or not she did The Core health minutes. I know that The Core health minutes are not current. They were done several years ago back in the late 2000s to early 2010s (pronounced twenty teens) (most likely 2010-2012). The Tech Trends minute and the Daily Health Minute with Mr. Healthy are done the same way. I know who does the Tech Trends minutes. The Tech Trends minutes are done by a guy named Giff, and there's 1 Tech Trends minute that was done by expert Jennifer Wilde. If anyone knows who the woman is that voices The Core health minute, you're welcome to post below. That is all. Thank you.

I'd be surprised if "The Core" is that out of date. But much of the "advice" is ridiculous.

In one of the minutes we're told to do one-minute exercises throughout the day such as stretches and squats, but this bubbly air-head notes that it's difficult to do in high heals. Thanks! High heals are great for "the body," aren't they sweetie-pie.

In another, she suggests practicing "The Inverted Snooze," where instead of hitting the snooze bar you get up immediately and spend, "a few extra minutes in the shower," for example. Uh-oh! Not very Green, my dear. ;-)
