It's that time of the year...

Bub, in this business, those "empty-headed listeners" pay your salary. Now, Christmas music before December isn't my cup of tea, but it's demonstrable that a significant chunk of audience likes it. GOOD radio is all about serving the AUDIENCE, not your ego. Sometimes even the smartest people want a little break in the form of vapid, mindless entertainment. I assume that's why you post here.

Other than being empty-headed, I'm not sure why ANYONE would listen.
But apparently plenty of women do listen. "Empty headed?" Nope. They simply have different tastes. Nobody has a gun to our heads when we go to Tops or Wegman's, LaNova or Pizza Hut, Tim Horton's or Dunkin Donuts. Same thing for radio and all Christmas stations. I'll might check back in when Mix and Star get back to the regular format, but as was noted earlier, most of us aren't in the stations' demo. I doubt they'll miss me or any of us.

It appears that Mix is sticking to their regular format for a while longer. Maybe they'll go on Black Friday.
