WBZ Boston.

A very long and colorful history. Larry Glick, Jerry Williams, Dave Maynard, Carl DeSuze, David Brudnoy... need I say more?

WMC: Good of' WVBF. Some day I may post my story. I was the last of the original crew from the Langer Broadcasting days to set foot in 100 Mt. Wayte Ave. before WSRO was shut down. I left under shall we say "interesting" circumstances. It was crazy, even for radio. But that's for another thread.

My first experience with the national Z-Rock service from ABC, as a 16 year old heading to a football game in Denton. That was 1987.

"The Wolf," again. The originating station for 100 percent simulcast WXLF Hartford, VT, the country station I posted on the first page of this thread.
 
KLFZ Jacksonville, TX

Currently owned by the ERFET for their Spanish language service "Fuzion" in conjunction with sister stations KGFZ Lufkin and KHFZ Longview. Was AC then CHR as "The Breeze" simulcast with KFRO-FM in Gilmer, then owned by Dudley Waller, and a pair of stations of which I have a long history.
 
WOLF Syracuse, NY

Another Wolf! But curiously, this one never called itself that during its '70s heyday as a high-energy CHR, preferring to use call letters only.
 
KOOC Belton, TX

A hip hop and R&B outlet serving Temple/Killeen/Fort Hood. Erroneously named "B106" given the call sign.
 
JOOR/1179 Osaka Japan

better known as the Mainichi Broadcasting System (Mainichi Hōsō in Japanese), or simply MBS Radio post legal separation from visual operations –reassigned JOOY-DTV calls– whilst retaining common ownership.

Only the second commercial wireless outlet in the archipelago country, after JOAR/1053 "CBC Radio" Nagoya.
 
WJRH (FM) Easton, PA

Lafayette College‘s radio voice. Serving the Lehigh Valley with 10,000 milliwatts. Back in the day, there was a waiting list to get on the air. Nowadays large portions of the schedule are filled by something called “Robo DJ”.
 
KMOO Mineola, TX

Full service country outlet that has a long history in Wood County, first on AM, now on FM. As you might expect, it is branded as K-Moo. It wasn't always that way, however. Once upon a time, the owner would send you to the unemployment line for referring to the station that way.
 
WMOO Derby Center, VT.

"Moo 92," an "adult Top 40" (its description) station serving the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. The station and its ownership group are in the news right now over a music rights issue. See the Radio in Vermont forum for the latest.
 
KONI Lanai City, HI

Listening as I type this. Part of a fleet throughout the islands. Very hands-on owner, and one of the remaining 'old school' broadcasters.
