Jack FM changes at 5:00pm on Sunday

They just played Wave on Wave by Pat Green... Is that something they would normally do? I have not heard any sweepers for the end of JACK today.. Have you?

Heard Wave on Wave on Friday or Saturday. There are 2 versions of the song, one with a LOT less steel guitar, sounds more Rock. I think that's the one they play

I have a feeling Jack's going to change from an Adult Hits format to something Dallas-Fort Worth DOESN'T need, such as a third hip-hop station, a Christian AC station, or a Spanish-language only format. It's a shame that they only change the HALFWAY DECENT stations around here.

We shall see about that one hour from now...

Don't you realize there is a danger inherent in these momentous announcements followed by non-events? It is like the boy crying "wolf", when the wolf really came, nobody was there to help. Similarly, after the dozen'th non-event here, I didn't even bother to turn on the radio at 5 PM because I knew - another non-event. The big event will be tomorrow. No, not Obamania - the CC layoffs. It will be interesting to see who goes.
