A number of contemporary music stations with young demos , including nearby WBLI and WPST have been offering daily or weekly shows that let their listeners pick much of the music through an online site called Jelli. It makes a game out of rating songs.
This seems to be a fun way for stations to encourage their listeners interact with them, and feel a bit in control of the music- an updated version of the request show.
Would this be worth a try for an hour or two at night on local current music stations such as 92 Now, Z100, or WRXP?
