Jim Sharpe will leave the building...

Gaydos is trying to get an interview with TS Dolly - Has anyone ever gotten an interview with a storm that has KO'd 2 radio & 1 TV signal?

Keep up the great work Bonneville.

Heeeee's back! Guess Sam Donaldson breathed a sigh of relief knowing there's someone to talk to in the 9pm hour each week. The Nurse and I wonder if it's raining where Sam is?

Only 1700+ more views 'til this post hits 10k! Looks like the Buckeye Boyz prediction of Labor Day Weekend is right on track. ::)

I'd be interested in knowing how many of the views lead back to Jim's IP addresses. I don't mean to cast Jim in a negative light, but he can be quite sneaky. I picture him running up the view numbers.

Sorry old buddy, but I wouldn't put it past ya...

We aint buyin' this conspiracy theory for a minute! Jim is as well liked as the Central Av Cheerleaders dislike Nurse Jeff and me. It's all legit; Jim's 8x10 adorns the Buckeye Media Hut Hall of Fame; and we're on our way to 10,000 views by Labor Day!

You must be confused. Jim was the one who made sure Brian Allen won the contest to be president of the Mix fan club. He wore his fingers to the bone casting votes for him. Chris Parker is sore about the loss.

So your saying Jim has a history of fixing web based contests, huh? I've never been more saddened to be right in my life.

Jim, when I'm in town we need to have a serious talk. Maybe over a heaping bowl of Captain Crunch.

I've already taken a vow that until Chuck Artigue acknowledges that Phoenix is the number 12 radio market, I refuse to view this message board again...(Chuck won't spend the extra dough, so I'm off the hook). You all will have to reach 10,000 views without me. It's a lame protest, but somebody has to make sure Chuck does something other than play golf and appear on the Guadalupe Squares.

Gaydos - call me when I hit 10,000...

By the way Mike, Cap'n Crunch tears up the roof of my mouth - and King Vitamin was no better.

Jim :p

Gaydos reads this bored board?

Actually (that is how I should have started this post), I am shocked to learn that he can read. ;)

I tease! 8)

...we've run the numbers through the Akbarizer and come up with a minimum of 350 views a week to hit the 10k mark by Labor Day. As they say on the radio, be sure to check back several times during the day so you don't miss a thing!

Hey how come The Sharpemeister wasn't on Friday morning for Network Ned? Nurse Jeff thinks he might have been tied up at a supermarket grand opening in Laveen  Oh, well....just need another 1200 views and this topic hits 10k!!

Jim's been deserving of stability and big bucks for a long, long time. Good for him!

I have really enjoyed listening to Jim. Very friendly-sounding voice and upbeat. I'm sure he has toiled long and hard and is overdue. As said on Mission impossible, "Good Luck Jim!"

Jim.....I have only had the good fortune to meet you in person one time, at a sporting event for the media in downtown Phoeinx. I chatted with you for a few minutes and you came across as a genuinely nice guy. From then on, I caught you on the radio when I could and you always sounded upbeat and on target. And now, I hear you're leaving. Are you leaving Phoenix, or just the station you're at currently. (sorry, I haven't had the chance to read up on that) Evan O

Jim Sharpe was once again filling in for the Nearly Ancient One, Ned Foster, on the Valley's #1 #2 News and Talk Station.

Less than a 1000 views to go and this topic hits the 10k mark. Hmmmmm....wonder if the Old Gringo has chimed in on the many radio adventures of the Sharpemeister???

I hear Jim Sharpe has joined a cover band called "Cover Story" as lead singer!..he's multi talented
