Jim Sharpe will leave the building...

Your accolades may be true Dr. Akbar, but it takes more than Captain Crunch or King Vitamin to tear up the roof of Superman's mouth.

I guess Crunchberries are Jim's kryptonyte??? ;)

Nurse Jeff and I confirm a Sharpe sighting - subbing for Aunt Carlos Friday morning. Jim was up at the crack of dawn prepping for the show by having toast with P Mac in the KT'R green room. Standby for controversial questions such as..."do you think Mc Cain married for money?".... "when will we have the last 100 degree day of the year?"....and "should mayors be allowed to trim their own trees?" C'mon 10,000 views!!

Okay...we've exceeded the 10k views on this one. Is it time to bronze the subject and retire it to the Radio-Info Hall of Fame?

His name isn't George, but we'll just modify the lyrics slightly
for Mayor Phil's new theme song:

Boom, boom, boom, boom...
Boom, boom, boom, boom...
Phil...Phil...Phil of the jungle, friend to you and me...
Ahhhhh-ah-ahhhhh-ah-ahhhhh-ah-ahhhhh...
Watch out for that treeeeeeeee!

Before the topic is retired, I'd like to add my congratulations on reaching the 10,000 view mark. I'm reminded of the first time I ever met Jim. My daughter brought him home (to Massachusetts) a few years ago, on Thanksgiving. His first words to me were: "I smell turkey. Get out of my way old man". Good times.

Jim is a gentleman and a scholar! 8)

I second the motion to retire the thread.

I reserve the right, however, to comment on the Sharpmeister on other threads, though. ;D

If this thread isn't retired I bet it hits 15,000 views by Halloween!

zzzzz (pie ala mode) zzzzzzzzzz (compliments of the Luvable One) zzzzzzzzzzzz (thanks OldiesFan) zzzzzzzz

Ha!

Alright...there was no 15,000 views by Halloween. Let this thing die...like my radio career  :'(

As the nearly infamous Scott Anderson of the twice departed East Valley Radio Network put it so well - Radio is crack. You'll be back for more of this drug!

Uh...wait a minute. What building did Jim Sharp leave? I forgot.
