I've seen a lot of dislike or all out hatred for many personalities, stations and/or companies on this board, but this is the first time that I can recall someone hating on Jim Sharpe.

This thread has been running for nearly five years and it took until post #271 for any negativity. MC does seem to be a loyal listener though. It sounds like he/she is even taking notes.
 
you know with all the high level information in the hands of this host (of course he can not reveal it because he has to protect his sources of the high level information he has but can not release) there could be a conspiracy here by people that can not be named because the source of the conspiracy is secret.

So no consumer feedback is allowed I guess? unless you own a radio station and have a show?

Seems to me that the folks out at Kfwhyeye spend lots of time commenting on other media people, from the people at CH 3 (with "their big studio with no one in it") to Candy Crowley, who seems to be the main topic of the rip and read drudge echo chamber of late. Whining about the MSM is a cottage industry at kayFWHYeye and other similar shops. Like KFYEYE is owned by a retired couple in Peoria that runs it out of their basement and not a big CORPORATION?

Dish it out and can't take it?

I'm guessing former employee of Clear Channel... maybe current employee, who knows. Competitor?

You don't have to own a radio station or be a host to critique other shows. It would be nice if we knew the precise reason for your digs at Jim Sharpe.

Attacking the barely famous one is, on the other hand, just too easy. I must admit, despite my critiques, I still find him more entertaining than any other show on the dial in that time slot.

It is OK for the kfwhyeye crew to attack other people in the media, but they are above any criticism??? Ok, makes about as much sense as the other nonsense they come up with.

I like the advertising for advertising concept kfwhyeye has come up with. Trouble getting paid ads?

Nothing wrong with direct sales. No ad agency to pay, and who needs stinkin' ratings? KFWhyEye enjoys an audience endearment that few stations in the Valley have. If Nurse Jeff and I were running a Paranoia Hut instead of our current racket endeavor, you'd here us hawkin' on 5~Fifty!

good point ... direct sales... I never thought of it that way. You would think they would have more baldness tonics on the morning show however.

And increase his airtime by a whopping 50%? Only way that would work is if Jim could use Barry Markson as a back-up as frequently as TNBO does ;)
 
Sharpe is going to Wash DC to cover the immigration issue Wednesday, so the prediction came true, he will leave the building.
 
Here he goes to DC for the immigration stuff, and everyone is focused on Boston, some of the immigration stuff has been postponed...I do not get up early enough to listen to his show. when does it start 3 am?
 
Thank you, I am confused....Is Sharpe related to Barry Young? SOmeone said he was a son of young or something??
