No he was'nt the original night jock they went through a bunch of line ups before he got there but he definately was full time at night, I just was on before his Sunday weekend shift. He was always good a little pukey in those days but he's definately come into his own in LA!.

I forgot he worked there I only remember when he came to Boston from Vermont, (95 XXX i think) he was just a kid, but he was brilliant even then!.

I agree. Just tune up and down the Boston dial and you'll hear a hack or two and wonder, 'how did he get there'? Although it's funny - some of us have trouble cracking the top 100, let alone the top 10. That despite being a dedicated radio person, networking with major market jocks, persistantly sending out packages, and living in the backyard of a major market. And if major market talent is par, it shouldn't be too difficult to find a station interested in us, right? *Sigh* Back to the drawing board I go.

I think he's also their Production/Creative Services Director during the week.

And before that, he was at Greater Media's oldies WMEX 1150 AM.

Re: Others...

Others I haven't seen mentioned:

Chris Tyler, formerly Pro FM, now JAMN/Boston MD.
Dave Cerisi, formerly Kix 106/Hot 106, now at Boston's Mike FM.
Nick Carter, formerly 99X (was that the name of it?), then to WBCN/Boston.
Christine Fox, then & now, Fun 107 with stops in Seatlle and Boston's Kiss 108.
Mike Rock, then & now, Fun 107 with a stop at Boston's Star 93.7.
Joe Cortese, formerly Pro FM, now in Boston with the nationally syndicated Retro Pop Reunion.
