GREAT MOVE!! What's next for 100.5 FM? I think Triple A would be nice on that smaller signal.

Best bets based on recent Citadel moves:
1. Bring WSPZ to 100.5.
2. Bring in True Oldies.

by sounding unprofessional, if they're not using 94.5 JOX, etc. At least you got your wishes, it is not country.

Of those choices, I gotta believe it's #2. WSPZ seems destined to serve two purposes; keeping ESPN & FSN Radio happy, and keeping Cox and Clear Channel out (of the format).
Do you think Citadel will ever move news/talker WAPI to FM? That seemed to be a can't miss move for 94.5 before moving 'JOX, but those are their sticks to worry about.
BTW, props for the heads up on 94.5.

College Football is the majority of sports talk on WJOX and that includes The University of Alabama. Those listeners have been completely eliminated now.
That makes Zero sense to do that. If anything ratings will drop dramatically.
I promise you that.

Dr.Gonzo said:94.5 is a very weak signal in Tuscaloosa. No one I know can get it clear at all. You must not live here if you say you can pick it up because you can't.
Yes I'm a big JOX fan and we are all gonna hate losing it.
It was big here in Tuscaloosa. Guess that's history now.
