Why do you say that? It's playing right now... they are saying that "something is happeneing to 94.5" but the music is the same. Do you really think they are flipping?
I'm looking on their website, no jocks. And if they're going to do anything, do something with the transmitter. I heard that they're upgrading but I haven't heard anything new ywt.
You think the change may happen @ 5pm today???? ??? I really would like the jammin' oldies format back. OR how about something like the old 100.3 JAMZ???
Probably going after a yonger demo like they have in Atlanta, Philly, Charlotte, DC, St Louis, etc. They're station is burnt out so maybe a slight surge in ratings, but they'll get comfortable and fall back off. I wouldn't worry about it.
Yes, I believe in some of those markets Radio One eventually went back to more of a traditional urban AC after a period of "Hot" urban AC. KSOC, however, wasn't playing too much current music in its most recent incarnation.
