Since KAMM is also looking for a new transmitter site there had been some speculation about 770 and 1540 forming two legs of a triplex with an existing AM. I had wondered if there were any engineering issues with a diplex if one station is a second harmonic of the other (1540=2x770)…although perhaps that makes filtering and rejection circuits simpler. How is KAAM and KAMM together in this? Did I miss a filing staying they were looking to move on to the same tower together?
Just a wild guess, but I would think KTNO 620 is the diplex partner for KCBI 770.
