I may be a bit late to the discussion, but I gotta speak up...

Mary is probably one of the best people I have come across in Phoenix radio in my 15 year career.

She has always been sweet and nice and any time there were issues with Metro she was always on top of it and ready to help.

Anytime she did fill in traffic on my silly show, she raised the quality of the show the moment she spoke (not hard to do I know, but she is really good). I have been through my share of traffic people and co-hosts, and I would say that I would be lucky to have Mary as either... any place, any time. She has a great voice and a great spirit...

Why question her decision??? People often forget... (as I have too)... we don't get into this business to RUN radio stations (or news and traffic organizations)... we get into this business of radio... to BE ON RADIO.

I don't get why anyone would try to tear down what has to be one of the few real good people here in Phoenix.
