Thankfully they arent talking a whole lot...or maybe theyre playing more music on purpose to give them more time to surf for news stories on the internet so they will have something to talk about. Where was she? Salt Lake City? Her inability to carry a simple thought makes me think thats where she belongs.

Perhaps they are easing in the new morning show & letting them build some chemistry.
JR is a pro and has some entertaining creativity if given the chance. Hopefully he'll be able to play some "Law Man Lotto" and play his "Spray them Pits and Eat them Grits" theme song.
I've been streaming KDKB to hear the show, and I must say I do like their music, very lively classic rock.
Stay positive folks, don't piss on everyone just cause you've been pissed on, it all works in turn.

Well Mrs. Hugsalot it may not be their "format" but that's what Im hearing, a lot of ZZ Top, Aerosmith, Van Halen, with an occasional modern Nickelback tune.

The old adage "You only get one chance to make a first impression" is so true with new morning shows. You promote and promote your new morning show. People actually tune in only to hear JR backselling an Aerosmith song and kicking it to traffic.... Ughhh!
Once listeners have tuned in and aren't entertained.... they're gone. Then it's twice/three times as hard to get them back.
Bad idea trying to match up two people that have never worked together and hope the chemistry is right. This is a big market. Why would you experiment with a morning show?

This truly is more bad morning radio - unfortunately, something Phoenix is becoming known for more and more.
I heard they were talking to some top-notch people. Why did they settle for these two?
