KEGL ANNOUNCEMENT

RMS will NOT be moving from CBS to KEGL, he just signed a 5 year contract with them (same with Jagger and his crew). The Edge and all other Dallas CC stations will continue on their downward spiral. The colleteral damage sucks when true talent like Ayo and Jesse (and Josh) have to suffer for their corporate mistakes!
 
Do you think KEGL or KDGE will pick up any of the personalities that were fired Friday from alternative WOCL in Orlando.

During Holiday at the Park, my son did notice a unique weight increase and odor coming from the bunny fur. Thanks for the clarity. ;D

Especially since Six Flags is considering selling alcohol.
 
Well its nice to see Russ is moonlighting then. He did raise a snit because he couldn't fit into the tweety bird costume. Maybe he'll tend the roving cart bars and sell O'Doul's?
 
According to Zakk United's (KTBZ Nights) Myspace page he starts NIGHTS ON KEGL JAN 8TH AT 7PM

This should be a good fit, I think he voice tracked in some smaller markets on active stations...he also did nights/overnights at Rock 101/KLOL
 
Well this sucks. I heard Lex and Terry on the Eagle this morning. What a let down. I flipped over to 93.3 and Cindy and Robert are so much better...and LOCAL.
 
It did but didn't surprise me that they would place L&T on a NEW station, if you want to call it that, instead of getting a NEW LOCAL show for the morning slot. I worked for CC for 5 years, never a huge fan of decisions that were made via San Antonio. So, a move like this really doesn't surprise me now that I think of it.

AHH I thought L&T were somewhere else like TN but I see by their web site they live in Dallas (well, I dont listen to them because they plain suck no matter what station they are on...But they are better than Bob and Tom.....but then thats not saying much either! MAYBE better than W&J??)

Cindy and Robert?? OH YEAH!! Much better....(but both seem more "Active" or "Alt" rock than Classic Rock....I just didnt see Scull and KZPS being a good fit either) but talented? Hell yeah..(and Cindy always let me work under the console during her shift :)

In reality, no....she would always state I chose HER shift to work under the console because she would always come in with short shorts or skirts....but then she stopped at my office one day...and said "dude, I got my blue shorts on...and no stockings....been working on my tan..you need to do some wiring today???" As I picked my jaw up off the desk, I somehow mumbled a Ron White life "Yes maam...I'll be right there!"......later at a training session at a computer company, after everyone introduced themselves, I had three women walk over and ask "Are YOU the one Cindy keeps talking about working under the table when she has shorts or short skirts on?" AHHH yes, the notoriety ...and the view.....she gave great foot massages on my back at times.....but then damn stilettos hurt ;)= That lady is still tops in my book.......(walking with her in Vegas at the RMA when she was pregnant brought some looks...with Cindy about 7-9 inches taller than me! Oh what fun......)

they have been run out of Dallas once and they will be again. They are mid-market talent and need to go back to Jacksonville........

Thank you for the education. I really thought they were in Florida or something along those lines. I never knew, well...never payed attention, to where they were. However, that would mean that I would have to actually listen.
 
if they broadcast from here locally,how much will CC accept to get them to move?
