KFRC flipped this morning at 10am to Movin and they are streaming!
they probly won't, the calls are too much of a heritage call lettersMichael Rivers Kramer said:Wow....I can't say that I surprised be the move. Well, it was hard for me to get used to the "Classic Hits" format they were doing recently.
KFRC R.I.P. -- Am I to assume that they will scrap the KFRC calls?

DougR said:You have to think think the Bonneville people are not too happy. I would think this signs the death warrent for Max. And would take some women from KOIT.
Could this mean a return of a Top 40 format(Z95.7), Country Music(95-7 The Bear) or maybe Bonneville has other plans for that frequency? Hmmmmmm?
On the other hand, they must be "movin" and dancing over at Cumulus. I see some listeners going there but not one leaving the Bone of KFOG for the new format.

the seams! And the same music that "makes you feel good imaging" again? Format of the month all over again! And what about Cammy and Dean and Sue Hall? Might Max FM modify their format a bit now, or maybe KOIT will go oldies on 1260 AM? Or are we about to see KFRC where KYCY is now on 1550AM? You can be sure that a change is coming to 1550 in the very near future!
My question is why they would blow up KFRC for Movin when KIFR's best trend so far has been a 0.4? Do you think the suits believe they can still turn this station around?
