KGB-KLSD Shuffle

On several recent nights, 760 was not at their full 50kw signal strength. I've lost track now of how many times in the past years they've gone from 50kw strength daytime (where they're only authorized at 5kw) to just 5kw strength nighttime (where they're licensed at 50kw).

Some posters here have said it may have to do with preparations to diplex KOGO 600 off the same towers. Still, irregardless of any diplex testing, I'm surprised how often 760 has not been operating at its authorized power.
